TESTING & INSPECTION
100% Testing & Inspection of finished cables & pipes are carried out at our factory’s in-house testing facilities fully equipped with Latest/Modern Testing Equipment. PTCL Cables encourages its customers to visit our factory & witness installed facilities, Testing Lab and ensure 100% Testing & Inspection of finished cables & pipes on Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Basis to their entire satisfaction prior to dispatch to their desired destinations. These Test Results provided to customers upon request.
WARRANTY
PTCL Cables provide 12 Months Warranty for all the manufactured cables & pipes. In the event of goods having been found to have manufacturing defects or not conforming to the specification particulars within a period of 12 Months from the date of delivery, we will be held responsible for replacement at our expense and cost, the acceptable goods provided these are correctly handled, installed and used under conditions for which these are designed.
